We had a wonderful stay at Doolinsunset Guest House. The hosts, Carmel and Marvin, were absolutely fantastic. Marvin went out of his way to make us feel welcome and provided helpful recommendations for activities in the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the homemade granola and Greek yogurt pot were a definite highlight. The room was cozy and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being a bit out of town, the peacefulness of the countryside was worth it. we highly recommend Doolinsunset Guest House for a delightful stay in Doolin.

The kids absolutely loved running around in the spacious backyard, playing games and enjoying the fresh air. Carmel's homemade breakfast was a hit with the entire family, especially her delicious pancakes! We also appreciated the affordable room rate, allowing us to stay within our budget while enjoying our time in Doolin.
For dads, it would be great if there were some more outdoor activities or play areas specifically designed for children.

The location was great, with easy access to the Cliffs of Moher and breathtaking views. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home during our stay.
The lack of clear signage to the hotel made it difficult to find, resulting in me wasting valuable time trying to locate it.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in Doolin for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The hosts, Carmel and Martin, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight was seeing the hens and rabbits roaming around the beautiful yard. To celebrate our anniversary, they even surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering stunning sea views. The breakfast, cooked to order, was absolutely delicious. Their knowledge about the area and friendly conversations added to the overall experience. I can't wait to return next year!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were immaculately clean and the private bathrooms were large and beautiful. The location was great, with easy access to the Cliffs of Moher and the ferry to the Aran Islands. the breakfast had a good selection of choices and was delicious.
The check-in process was a bit chaotic, with rooms not being ready on time and a mix-up with the number of rooms booked. The Wi-Fi was not working and there were issues finding the TV remote.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
